Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made with at least one week’s notice before the scheduled booking time will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made with at least two weeks’ notice before the scheduled booking time will be eligible for a full refund.
To cancel your cab booking, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any cab booking made with us in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
